Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations due to weather (rain, snow, winds/gusts, extreme weather warnings) are subject to rescheduling. Please keep in mind that after equipment is installed, sudden change in weather conditions may not make the equipment suitable for use.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking where there is a potential health and/or safety risk to the customer, their guests, or our staff.


Delivery Policy

We provide free local delivery and pick up within Mesa County.

Delivery and pick up times will be arranged during the booking process.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other unforeseen factor, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that there are multiple accessible and working outdoor electrical outlets, adequate space for our equipment, and clear access to the site. Ensure that you have cleared the space of debris, sharp objects, and any hot elements that could damage the rental property.

You are liable for 50% of booked cost if we are unable to deliver due to a lack of space or accessibility.

Safety Policy

Keep the area clear of pets and unsupervised minors.

Please be advised the rental equipment may include fog machine(s) and/or strobe light(s).

-Strobe lights can pose health risks, primarily due to their potential to trigger seizures. They can also cause discomfort, disorientation, and even eye strain or injury for those sensitive to flashing lights.

-Fog machines can trigger respiratory symptoms, especially to those with pre-existing conditions such as asthma and COPD. Please ensure proper ventilation to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Responsible use and awareness of these potential effects are crucial for you and your guests.
